River Country Co-op is currently seeking a Professional Applicator for our Bloomer, WI location.

Custom Applicator Requirements

This position is responsible for operating all spray equipment, operating all fertilizer equipment, mixing and loading fertilizers and performing all responsibilities safely and efficiently with customer service being paramount.

· Safely operate all custom application equipment for crop protection products/fertilizers

· Have or acquire the required licensing to become a certified applicator

· Mixing, loading of crop protection products/fertilizers

· Assist in the unloading of bulk crop protection products/fertilizers at the facility

· Pickup and deliver products to customers

· Clean and maintain equipment

· Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations

· Perform all duties safely and efficiently

· All other duties and assigned by management

Qualifications

· Custom application experience preferred

· Pesticide application license or ability to acquire one

· Class A or B CDL and applicable endorsements

· Able to carry or lift 75 pounds

· Must pass pre employment screening

· Meet all company requirements per employee manual

· Able to work well independently

· Be mechanically competent
