River Country Co-op in Jim Falls, WI is looking for friendly, reliable, energetic individuals to join our team as a Sales Associate. Must have great communication skills, the ability to work as a team, and excel at customer service! Our goal is to offer a positive and fun atmosphere for all of our customers to enjoy.

Positions hours will be 32-40 hours per week including every other weekend with shifts being 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm, based on preference and hours needed to be covered.

Responsibilities:

· Adhere to scheduled workweek, be reliable and prompt when reporting to work

· Provide excellent customer service; work with customers in a courteous and professional manner

· Prepare food properly using the required measurements and temperatures.

· Recognize ways to reduce food waste and utilization of leftovers.

· Enforce Sanitation procedures to keep the deli clean at all times.

· Effectively interact with manager and fellow employees

· Check expiration dates and face product

· Miscellaneous duties as assigned

· Must be physically able to lift up to 5olbs. Requires long periods of time standing, frequent bending, twisting and reaching.

· Other duties as assigned
