River Country Co-op, a well-established company serving Central Wisconsin for over 70 years, is currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. This position will work for River Country Co-op completing River Country Co-op electrical projects including preventive maintenance, new projects, and troubleshooting. They will be traveling to all our locations with a company provided truck and tools. Millwright personnel will assist as needed in various projects.

Duties:
– Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national regulations
– Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
– Identify electrical problems using various testing devices such as ohmmeters and ammeters in a feed mill or similar environmental setting.

– Manage multiple priorities to ensure a safe and efficient work time.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
– Follow safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines at all times
– Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly

Qualifications:
– Proficiency in working with logic controllers and precision measuring instruments
– Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and industrial mechanics
– Ability to weld and demonstrate mechanical knowledge
– Competency in using ohmmeters and ammeters for electrical diagnostics

– Experience with explosion proof wiring in fuel and dust combustible areas.
– Understanding of electrical principles and regulations
