River Country Co-op is currently seeking a full-time Delivery Driver based out of our Owen Feed Mill location.

Work Schedule (Full or Part-Time)

Ø Monday – Friday (No weekends or holidays)

Ø Hours are flexible

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Ø Timely and safe delivery of bulk manufactured feed to farms within 150 mile radius of Owen, WI.

Ø Complete daily truck inspection and fill out pre trip report.

Ø Fill out load report for each load of feed delivered.

Ø Determine loading order of truck to maximum delivery efficiency.

Ø Ensure necessary bags or on side of truck when requested.

Ø Communicate any truck maintenance issues to Operations Manager.

Ø Ensure correct feed goes into the correct on farm bin.

Ø Minimize feed spillage on farm and while truck loading.

Qualifications and Skills

Ø Must possess Class A or B CDL

Ø Must be reliable and a self-starter.

Ø Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities at a time.

Ø Must be able to work in a variety of conditions (warm and cold).

Ø Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Ø Must be able to work around a dusty environment.

Ø Possess a positive attitude toward co-workers, customers and vendors.

Ø Must be a team player and possess ability to collaborate with others.

Ø Must possess a servant heart towards helping others
